Established 40 years ago Scientific Pest Management (SPM) is a highly regarded national supplier of pest services to commercial and domestic clients.

The ability to provide cost- effective pest management services at the correct frequency has been demonstrated to customers across the broad spectrum of business, large and small.
SPM Wagga is run as an individual business, owned and
operated by Jamie and Tanya Grentell, who purchased the franchise nearly in January 2005.
They are based in the Wagga Business Enterprise Centre, Coleman Street, and have joined the Wagga Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mr Grentell has extensive knowledge of the pest management industry with close to a decade of experience, particularly of pest management techniques, and attending seminars to broaden his knowledge to better service his clients.
Mrs Grentell has an associate diploma in Rural Business Administration with expertise and experience in office management and accountancy.
Key benchmarks in the SPM Business Vision are: customer/client satisfaction; market leaders; operations excellence; financial performers.
SPM Wagga recently won the prestigious award of 2007 Pest Manager of the Year; three years after Mr Grentell won the 2004 SPM (Australia) Employee of the Year.
The award recognises the franchise which operates to the highest professional standards, provides excellent customer service, invests in the development of its people and stands out from its peers as a market industry leader.
Mr Grentell’s award recognises the individual who shows
initiative, provides outstanding customer service and who is willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
